With that, they ended the call. Safna stared at the phone in surprise, wondering at Rashida’s attitude, how she had never once shown even the slightest jealousy over the fact that she was going to marry her husband. The moment Anty Shafa entered the sitting room, Safna put the phone down and said:

“Anty, do you know Zayyad’s wife said I should send her my wedding fabric so she can get one too?”

“Subhanallah! In all my life, I have never seen a woman as free from jealousy as that woman. Isn’t she the one who came with him the other day for the marriage discussion?”
