In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate, and with blessings and peace upon Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him).

All praise is due to Allah. Today, the 23rd of the 10th month in the year 2023, Allah has destined me to establish my intention and begin writing my new book titled “INDA RAI.” O Allah, I beseech You through Your beautiful names: grant me the ability to write goodness in this book of mine. Hold my hands back from writing evil, no matter how small it may be. Grant me the wisdom and insight to write what will benefit the entire Muslim community.

Alhamdulillah. O Allah, thank You very much for allowing me to witness the beginning of this book in peace and well-being. O Ever-Living, O Self-Subsisting, in Your mercy I seek relief. Show me the end of this book in peace and well-being, for me and for all its readers. O Allah, let us witness the beginning of this book, its middle, its end, and indeed every section, line, and dot within it in peace and well-being.

O Allah, restrain my hands, my thoughts, and my fingers from writing anything that may become a source of calamity, hardship, or disgrace for me in this world and in the Hereafter. O Allah, we turn to You, for You alone are the One who lowers and raises, the One who gives life and causes death, the One who gives and withholds. O Allah, keep us alive upon faith, on the path of Islam, and in obedience to the laws of Shari’ah. My Lord, bless us with health, faith, prosperity, peace of mind, and peace. Grant us a good life and a good ending. Let us depart this world with faith and with the declaration of shahadah. Send to us the angels of mercy at the time our souls are taken. Make it easy for us to answer the questions of the grave. Make our resting place spacious, expand it for us, illuminate it for us, bless it for us, satisfy us in it, and make our graves among the gardens of Jannatul Firdaus—for us, our parents, our children, our elder and younger siblings, and all Muslims.

O Lord of Majesty, place us under the shade of Your Throne on the Day when there will be no shade except Yours—not because of us, nor because of our deeds, but only through Your mercy and Your love for us. O Allah, make it easy for us to cross the Sirat. 😭🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 O Allah, include us among the trustworthy community of the Prophet. O Allah, we are Your servants, full of many sins, but the light of Your forgiveness and mercy overcomes the darkness of our sins. So forgive us, have mercy upon us, and erase our sins. Guide us upon the path of truth and make our faith firm in our hearts. O Allah, do not test us with a trial whose decree would weaken our faith or separate us from it.
